System Overview

Software

The SGCS software is based on a proprietary algorithm that employs a hierarchy of technical and non-technical objectives. Core subroutines in the SGCS software are validated through software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing to ensure reliable and bankable performance for renewable energy-based power systems.

Hardware

We provide integrated hardware solutions that work seamlessly with one another in order to meet a variety of project budgets and scopes. We source controller hardware from our list of utility-approved tier one manufacturers. We tailor the project specific SGCS in three scope configurations.

Option 1: Base Configuration

The base system includes programmable logic controller with pre-programmed or remotely deployed SGCS software.

Option 2: Panel Configuration

The panel configuration includes the base system included within a CSA compliant control cabinet that houses power supply options, communication ports and a display panel for the status of the control system.
